DETAILED ITINERARY

 

DAY 1 YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS
You will fly over the international date line on your way to Australia.

DAY 3 WELCOME TO CAIRNS
On arrival at Cairns airport, you will be met and transferred in a private car to your resort. In the afternoon join a cocktail reception and dinner overlooking the stunning crystal clear water of the Coral Sea.

DAY 4 DAINTREE WITH LOCALS
Join your Aboriginal guide on an exclusive journey to discover the Daintree and gain rich insight in to the deep relationship the local Kuku Yulanji people have with their land. Learn about cultural traditions, bush foods and traditional medicine. Try your hand at traditional spear hunting techniques and if you are lucky, catch a mud crab! Enjoy a lunch in a tranquil and relaxing rainforest setting in the Daintree.

DAY 5 SNORKEL THE GREAT BARRIER REEF
Discover the magic of the Great Barrier Reef on a cruise that will take you to three secluded outer reef dive sites. Take to the water and discover spectacular coral formations and a world of unique marine creatures. Enjoy a delicious tropical lunch on board the boat.

DAY 6 INTO THE OUTBACK
Tour Alice Springs to visit the School of the Air and the Royal Flying Doctor Service, both providing essential services for people living in remote Australian communities. At night, enjoy an incredible dining experience under the stars. Your host, Bob, cooks dinner in a bush oven featuring traditional outback foods.

DAY 7 CANYONS AND CLIFF FACES
Travel to the Henbury Meteorite Conservation Reserve, formed when a meteor hit the earth's surface 4,700 years ago. Take a walk along the Creek Bed of Kings Canyon, perfect for observing the changing colours of the landscape. This evening you’re treated to the unique dining experience, set in the wilderness under a canopy of the southern night sky, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and canapés followed by a four-course dinner.

Meals:Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Highlight Dinner

DAY 8 SPECTACULAR SUNRISE AND SUNSET

For the adventurous, enjoy a 6km Rim Walk of the spectacular Kings Canyon at sunrise. Visit Curtin Springs Station at lunch time to meet locals who operate this million acre cattle property, and enjoy a barbecue lunch with them. In the afternoon, enter Uluṟu – Kata Tjuṯa National Park to witness a spectacular Uluṟu sunset. Enjoy gourmet canapés and wine while you watch Uluṟu change colour as the sun sets below the horizon.

DAY 9 ULUṞU AND KATA TJUṮA

Wake up to an impressive sunrise over Kata Tjuṯa and Uluṟu. Then it’s off to the Uluṟu – Kata Tjuṯa Cultural Centre for breakfast and an insight into the history of the local Anangu people. Then walk through the Walpa Gorge to see the domes of Kata Tjuṯa, also known as the Olgas. This afternoon take a walk around the base of Uluṟu and hear timeless stories, see rock art, and visit Mutitjulu Waterhole, an historical water source for the area. In the evening, enjoy a delicious Highlight Dinner inspired by local native ingredients, at Ikari Restaurant.

DAY 10 - RELAXED START
SYDNEY'S STUNNING HARBOUR
(Relaxed Start) The morning is yours to relax and enjoy. Perhaps take a scenic helicopter flight over Uluṟu and Kata Tjuṯa, join a dot painting workshop, book a massage or just relax with a good book? In the afternoon fly to Sydney and on arrival at your harbourside hotel, enjoy a drink and some canapés overlooking Sydney Harbour.

DAY 11 BLUE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK

Head off on a day of discovery to World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. Breathe the pristine air and discover icons such as the Three Sisters at Echo Point and Govett’s Leap Lookout to see spectacular Bridal Veil Falls. Travel off the beaten track to secluded lookouts and peaceful areas. Be rewarded with views across the valleys as far as the eye can see and picture perfect memories to take away.
Hotel: Parklands Country Gardens & Lodges, Blue Mountains 
Meals:Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Three-course Dinner with wine, plus tea or coffee

DAY 12 HUNTER VALLEY WINE COUNTRY
Travel to the wine region of the Hunter Valley for a day of good food, great wine and beautiful scenery. You’ll indulge with private wine tastings at boutique vineyards and sit down to an exceptional lunch. You may like to sit in your private courtyard with a good book and bottle of wine, or even play a few holes of golf at the estate’s private vintage golf course. Tonight enjoy dinner at the resort.
Hotel: The Sebel Kirkton Park, Hunter Valley 
Meals:Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Three-course Dinner with wine, plus tea or coffee

DAY 13 SET SAIL ON SYDNEY HARBOUR

Get ready for a day on sailing on Sydney Harbour. Become part of a big boat sailing crew on board an America’s Cup yacht. You can take the helm, work the grinders or simply sit back and relax as you sail past the harbour’s iconic sights like the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, the Rocks district and small secluded coves surrounded by multimillion dollar waterfront homes. This evening is free for you to explore and discover one of Sydney’s incredible local restaurants.

DAY 14 SYDNEY SIGHTSEEING AND OPERA HOUSE

Explore the famous Eastern Suburbs, taking a stroll along the coastal walk for incredible views over the Pacific Ocean and wild coastal cliffs. Join a VIP guided tour of iconic Sydney Opera House then enjoy a shared tasting lunch featuring delicious seafood and more at Opera Kitchen overlooking the sparkling harbour. After a free afternoon to explore, meet up with your fellow travellers for a Celebration Dinner.

DAY 15 FAREWELL SYDNEY

Your journey concludes after breakfast with a private car transfer to the airport.
